We understand the importance of customer service, and our customer service team is always there to assist you. If your watch needs to undergo a service we will arrange it for you. If an issue related to materials, workmanship or the movement occurs within the 2-year international warranty period, which is not caused by normal wear and tear or by accident/improper use, your watch will be picked up by a courier wherever you are in the world and shipped with express shipping directly to Switzerland for an inspection. The shipment and necessary repair or replacement of parts will be done without cost.
