Shipping

Free worldwide TNT Express shipping from our warehouse in Switzerland. This applies to all orders above $100. When the shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number on your email. Delivery time is usually 4 to 8 business days, depending on the delivery destination.

 

Return

Free return. This applies to watches and not watch straps. Do not open the vacuum plastic sealing covering the watch to be able to return the watch. Please note that VAT & Customs charges are not refundable. However, contact your local TNT office within 20 days, and they will help you to get the VAT refunded.

You have the right to return products purchased directly from our website, within, and no later than 14 days after receiving the products. The products must be unused, in its original packaging with vacuum sealing, protecting labels etc. intact and still in the same brand-new condition as when you received the products.

If you want to use your right to return please fill out the return form that came with your shipment and contact our customer service on support@www.alexandervenacci.com. We will book the return shipment for you and send you the return shipping documents on email. TNT will then contact you to arrange the pick-up of the return shipment. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is properly packed. We do not take any responsibility for any products lost or damaged during the return shipment. Once the returned products are received and inspected at the warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

VAT & Customs

All prices on www.alexandervenacci.com are given in US dollars ($) excluded VAT/Customs. The customer is responsible for VAT/Customs charges according to the tax legislation of the recipient country.

 

Payment

All payments are securely processed by Stripe Inc. or PayPal Inc. Alexander Venacci never stores or transfer credit card information. We use external payment gateways/companies for all e-commerce, with secure encryption and in accordance with strict banking regulations. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by others than your bank.

 

Shipping damage

If the product is damaged when received, you should, without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery, contact us as well as the shipment company. You will have to inform us what is damaged, in addition to sending a photo of the damage to support@alexandervenacci.com. You must also inform us about the case number of the shipment company`s claim form.

 

Lost in transit

After your order has been picked up by the shipment company at our warehouse, the responsibility for the delivery and product falls on the shipment company. In the event of a lost shipment, we will have to wait for the investigation of the shipment company is concluded.

 

International Warranty

Our watches are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years, from the date the watch is shipped. The date is written on the warranty card that comes with the watch. Please read and follow the User Manual that comes with the watch. The straps have no warranty.

Our watches are manufactured to high standards of quality. It is worth remembering that the mechanical parts in the automatic movement is working 24 hours a day, when in use. The movement must, therefore, undergo regular maintenance to ensure long lasting life and good operation. We recommend that your watch and movement undergo service by an authorized watchmaker every 5 years.

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Theft, loss, accidents or the consequence of natural disasters.
  • Damages, and/or malfunctioning resulting from mistreatment or improper use.
  • Wear and tear from normal use and aging.
  • Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch after the terms of the warranty.
  • Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch, caused by unauthorized persons/companies or its representatives.
  • The customer or a watchmaker have done something with the watch during the warranty period.
  • The customer has not read the User Manual before starting to use the watch.

 

Promotional items

Products included as part of a promotion are required to be returned in the event of a return. They are not considered to be a complimentary item.
